West Seattle

Becky and I decided to drive over to West Seattle on February 17th since the weather was nice and we hadn't made it over there yet. It seemed like quite a few others had the same plans, as the 2 lane road leading out to the point and beach was quite packed. I'm not sure how you would ever find parking here in the summer time.

View from Hamilton Viewpoint Park. We saw a few sea lions swimming around in the sound just off the shore.

View of the Olympics from Alki Beach Park. The wind was brisk and very chilled as it came off the water, so we didn't spend too much time here.

We decided to keep exploring while the sun was out, so we drove back north of the city and checked out the view from Magnolia Bluff. It's a little hazy, but that's Rainer in the background.
